RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been washed or altered.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Sale items (unless defective).
- Items that were delivered more than 7 days ago.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
