CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number.
AFTER DISPATCH
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the order, as per our Return Policy.
REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
- Prepaid orders: Full refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- COD orders: No charges apply if cancelled before dispatch.
CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or inability to deliver to the specified location. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
